The Federation of Muslim Women’s Associations of Nigeria (FOMWAN), Ekiti State Chapter, has extended its congratulations to Dr. Habibat Adubiaro, the Secretary to the Ekiti State Government, on her promotion to the rank of Professor of Chemistry at the Federal University in Oye-Ekiti.
