In a heartwarming gesture, Comrade Suleiman Muhyideen Oluwatoba, popularly known as SMT, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Enlightenment (North) to the Governor of Ekiti State, has expressed congratulations to the newly sworn-in Local Government Chairmen across the state.
The governor’s aide extended a special congratulatory message to Hon. Kayode Ogundaisi, who was sworn in as the Chairman of Isokan LCDA, along with his Vice Chairman, Hon. Felicia Adeyemo.
Ekiti News reports that Comrade Suleiman also congratulated Hon. Bamiele Omoleye, the newly inaugurated Chairman of Ido/Osi Local Government, and his Vice Chairman, Hon. Sade Oluwole.
He commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji for his support, enabling Local Government Areas (LGs) and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) to operate efficiently.
The governor’s aide emphasized the significance of local governance and praised the governor for fostering an environment where LGs/LCDAs can contribute meaningfully to the development of their respective communities.
Comrade Suleiman expressed optimism that under the leadership of the newly inaugurated chairmen, the local governments would continue to thrive and positively impact the lives of the people they serve.
He urged unity and collaboration among the LGs/LCDAs, emphasizing the collective effort needed for sustained progress.
