Mr. Niyi Adebayo, the Commissioner for Budget, Economic Planning, and Performance Management in Ekiti State, is scheduled to unveil the key features and detailed breakdown of the 2024 Budget tagged “Budget of Sustainable Growth and Development” on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
The presentation is intended for members of the press and various stakeholders in the state.
In a statement issued by the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Budget, Economic Planning, and Performance Management, Mr. Sola Akinluyi, the event is scheduled to take place at the Lady Jibowu Hall, Government House Grounds, Ado Ekiti, at 10:00 am.
According to the statement, the presentation of the Budget Analysis would among other things advance inclusive and good governance in the state and also provide a platform for members of the public and the press to give feedbacks on government policies, programmes and activities .
It therefore enjoined Accounting Officers of all the Governments Ministries, Departments and Agencies as well as invited representatives of all sectors, the Society to attend the important programme.
