The First Lady of Ekiti State, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji has inspected the Adire Ekiti Hub along EKSU road near NNPC Ado Ekiti, ahead of its unveiling tomorrow.
The First Lady who was received by Senator Babafemi Ojudu was accompanied by Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Mrs Peju Babafemi , PS Governor’s Office , Alhaji Taju Adejumo ,DG Community Communications , Mary Oso – Omotosho, DG Tourism , Abm. Wale Ojo Lanre , SSA Political, Toyin Adepoju , PC ,WAOH Project , Mrs Dairo and other members of the unveiling planning committee .
The inspection aimed to ensure the Hub’s readiness and alignment with its mission of empowering women, widows, youths, and vulnerable people in the state.
The Adire Ekiti Hub, an initiative under Her Excellency’s WAOH project, signifies a significant step towards poverty alleviation and socio-economic empowerment.
The establishment of Adire Ekiti Hub didn’t materialize in isolation; rather, it stands as a testament to Governor Oyebanji’s inclusive leadership style. Since assuming office, Governor Oyebanji has prioritized collaboration and engagement, transcending political boundaries to nurture relationships with stakeholders across the spectrum.
This collaborative spirit, coupled with support from Ekiti daughters and sons like Senator Babafemi Ojudu, has played a pivotal role in realizing the Adire Ekiti Hub and its potential to positively impact the lives of Ekiti people .
