In anticipation of his upcoming retirement on February 1, 2024, DSP Adekunle Oladimeji, the District Officer of Ifaki Police Station, led a delegation of officers to express gratitude to the OluIfaki in Council and various community groups.

DSP Oladimeji extended heartfelt appreciation to the people of Ifaki Ekiti, with special acknowledgment of Oba John Adegbenro Falore, the Olufaki of Ifaki Ekiti kingdom.

He commended the Monarch’s unwavering support, cooperation, and guidance, highlighting the pivotal role in combating crime and restoring peace in the community.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of his team, DSP Oladimeji conveyed, “Thank you for the cooperation, guidance, support, commitment, dedication, and, on behalf of my men, we can only ask for more. As I embark on another phase of life, I want to say thank you, and God bless you all!”

In response, Oba Adegbenro praised DSP Oladimeji for his illustrious career, noting his dedication to justice, integrity, and service.

The Monarch highlighted the retiring District Officer’s impact on community safety and security, citing decreased crime rates and enhanced trust between the police force and the community.

Olufaki said, “Farewell, and may your retirement be filled with blessings and contentment. Your service here in Ifaki Ekiti has inspired us, and we promise to recommend you for any available CSO job in any company.”
