Cavista Holdings Limited, owners of Agbeyewa Farms and operators of the Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort and Conference Center, has restated its dedication to job creation and economic development in Ekiti State.

This was made known during the recent Public-Private Dialogue on the Labour Market Information System (LMIS) organised by the Ekiti State Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment. The event brought together government officials, private sector players, and key stakeholders to discuss how to bridge the gap between job seekers, available skills, and employment opportunities through data-driven solutions.

Speaking at the session, Mr. Dauda Lawal, Director of Community Engagement at Agbeyewa Farms, said Cavista Holdings is fully aligned with the state’s development agenda.

“In line with our Chairman’s vision, our investments in Ekiti are mainly focused on job creation. We are here to create jobs, more jobs, and even more jobs,” Lawal stated.

He added that the company’s presence in Ekiti is not just to do business but to partner with the government in building a prosperous future for the people.

Lawal also praised the LMIS initiative, describing it as a timely step towards understanding the labour market and developing a skilled workforce that meets industry demands.

Cavista Holdings continues to play a key role in Ekiti’s economic landscape and has pledged to keep supporting initiatives that foster inclusive growth and employment opportunities across the state.
