The Ekiti State chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Paul Omotosho is dead, Ekiti News reports.
It was gathered that the Imesi-Ekiti born politician died in the early hours of Wednesday after a brief illness.
According to a close source, Omotosho actively participated in a series of political meetings on Monday.
The Ekiti State APC Chairman was said to have complained of feeling unwell on Tuesday, which caused him to be rushed to a government hospital in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, where he later died.
Ekiti News reports that late Omotosho was kidnapped in July 2023 and was released after five days.
