Rt. Hon. Adeoye Aribasoye, the Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly has extended good wishes to the Senate Leader, Distinguished Senator Opeyemi Bamidele (MOB), as he marks another year of life.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Babajide Agbeyo, the Speaker expressed gratitude to God for sparing Senator Bamidele’s life and blessing him with good health to witness another birthday noting that the name “MOB” has become synonymous with grace and divine favour.
“Distinguished Senator, one cannot but celebrate the grace of God over your life. You once escaped death in a very miraculous way, a clear indication that God indeed has greater assignments for you, in service to your state, the nation, and humanity at large,” the Speaker said.
Rt. Hon. Aribasoye emphasized that Senator Bamidele holds a position of pride among the people of Ekiti, who are greatly impressed by the tremendous impact he is making as a key figure in the National Assembly.
He stated: “Ekiti people are proud of you and the way you have handled the responsibilities of your office at the Senate. Your empowerment programs strong influence in attracting significant projects and benefits to the state will not be forgotten in a hurry.”
The Speaker prayed for continued divine preservation and elevation of Senator Bamidele, expressing confidence that he will rise to even greater heights in service to humanity.
He described this year’s birthday celebration as unique, divinely timed, and a fitting moment to reflect on and appreciate the values and virtues the Senator embodies.
“Your birthday, coming just a day after the mega endorsement of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Biodun Oyebanji for another term in office, by Providence, aligns you perfectly with the progress of Ekiti State and the greater good of Nigeria at large,” Aribasoye added.
