The Ekiti State Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Gold Adedayo has urged students of Ekiti State University , Ado-Ekiti (EKSU)to key into the National Education Loans Fund (NELFUND) initiated by Administration of President Bola Tinubu and other initiatives of the State Government designed to improve their well-being and also ensure they record success in their studies.

Mr. Adedayo who made the plea during a courtesy visit to the EKSU Vice Chancellor ,Prof Babatola Ayodele at the University campus in Ado Ekiti, urged the Students to take full advantage of
the interest-free NELFUND students loan to support their education and address their financial barriers in order to accomplish their academic goals.
He urged the students to also key into the various education and youth development programmes of the administration of Governor Biodun Oyebanji aimed at developing their intellectual capacity to become world-class university graduates as well as entrepreneurs who will create jobs
He rated the Oyebanji-led administration high in the task of restoring the core values of Ekiti,
reiterating the commitment of the administration to Youth Development
While stressing the commitment of his ministry to partner with the Ivory Tower, the Commissioner noted that the State is taking giant strides In Science and Education, agricultural development, Gender Empowerment and tourism that that students must key into.
Earlier, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Babatola Ayodele commended Governor Oyebanji for his passion for the University ,the youths and Ekiti people in general.
He noted that the institution was willing to collaborate with the Ministry in engaging the students on commercial agriculture and other areas that will promote entrepreneurship .
