The Executive Chairman of Okemesi/Ido-Ile LCDA, Hon. Ajibade Sunday Owolabi has felicitated with his constituents, particularly Christians as they celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
In a statement issued by his media office in Okemesi-Ekiti, Hon. Ajibade encouraged Christians to embrace the season as an opportunity to pray for unity, peace, and prosperity in the LCDA and Ekiti State at large.
The Council boss emphasized that the birth of Jesus Christ symbolizes love, compassion, and generosity, virtues he described as central to Christ’s teachings during His time on earth.
“The spirit of love, kindness, and togetherness is essential, especially during this period of economic challenges in our nation,” Hon. Ajibade remarked.
Hon. Ajibade further urged residents, particularly the youth, to celebrate responsibly, avoiding any actions that could compromise their health, hinder personal growth, or disrupt community development.
